Cheesy Garlic Bread is a delicious delight for most. Golden, Cheesy and packed with flavour makes this recipe special and is a perfect fix for any hungry stomachs


Ingredients:


  • 2 slices of bread (Preferably thick-cut breads like sourdough or French bread)

  • 1 tablespoon of butter (This can vary depending on how much flavour you want)

  • 1 or 2 cloves of minced garlic

  • Around 1/2 a cup of shredded cheese (Make sure it's well-melting melting cheese)

  • Parsley for some green


Instructions:


  1. Preheat oven: Preheat the oven at around 400°F/200°C and cut your bread loaf longways


  2. Combine butter and garlic: In a small bowl, combine slightly softened buter with your minced garlic cloves to create a soft paste


  3. Combine: Spread the garlic butter on the untoasted bread, making sure to leave no space uncovered


  4. Cheese: Go ahead and add a generous amount of cheese on top so that it will melt in the oven


  5. Bake: Place your well-prepared bread on a baking tray and bake for around 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is well melted and looking golden brown


  6. Dig in: Go ahead and dig in!

Ingredients:


  • 2 potatoes (Russet)

  • Oil

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1/2 a cup of shredded cheese (Mozzarella)

  • (Optional) Bacon, Garlic, Sour Cream, Ketchup


Instructions:


  1. Prep your ingredients: Wash the potatoes and cut into fry-like shapes


  2. Peel: Use a peeler and peel the skin from your potato


  3. Toss: Toss your well cut fries into a bpwl mixed with salt, oil and desired seasoning (Paprika, Garlic)


  4. Fry: Air fry at around 200°C/400°F for around 15 - 20 minutes or until golden


  5. Extra cheese: Sprinkle some extra cheese if you want, and air fry for another 1-2 minutes for that nice cheesy texture and look

  6. Toppings: Add any extra toppings that you want and enjoy!


This cheap, simple and easy-to-assemble dish is perfect for anyone not looking for a mess but still wants that delicious goodness!




Tomato Soup


Tomato soup is a classic, rich and delicious staple perfectly paired with a grilled cheese sandwich or beautifully indulged by itself, both make for the perfect dish

Ingredients:


  • 1 pound of chopped tomatoes

  • 2 - 4 cups of vegetable stock

  • 1/2 cup of cream

  • 1/2 an onion (Chopped)

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon of butter


Instructions:


  1. Heat: Heat the oil in the pan, preferably over medium heat, so you don't burn the oil


  2. Add onions: Add the chopped onion and cook until soft


  3. Stir: Next, stir the garlic into the pan and cook for 1 or 2 minutes


  4. Tomatoes: Pour in your chopped tomatoes and broth into the pan, stir andd cook for 10 minutes

  5. Stir: Stir in cream or milk and add salt and pepper for some seasoning

  6. Optional: Pour everything into a blender for a smoother texture


With this tomato soup, you can enjoy all the taste while staying healthy, making it a delicious and perfect twist to a great dish




Fried Rice


A quick and easy meal that can be served as lunch or dinner. Using leftover ingredients or brand new, either way is tasty too!

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup of old or new rice

  • 1 or 2 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon of oil

  • A handfull of frozen peas and carrots

  • Small drizzle of soy sauce

  • Garlic


Instructions:


  1. Heat oil: Heat up the oil in a pan, medium heat, until hot


  2. Crack the egg: Crack the egg and scramble the egg quickly, then move it to the side of the pan


  3. Add peas and carrots: Add peas and carrots into the pan and cook for 2 or 3 minutes


  4. Add rice: Add the rice in and cook for 5 minutes, then mix well


  5. Soy Sauce: Pour in the soy sauce and stir it up until everything is cooked and heated up


This fried rice is simple, delicious and quick with minimal ingredients and mess, making it the perfect meal for any beginner!
